Tuesday October 13, 2009 First snow in Vermont this fall. I like the way the tipi looks with snow! The stone stove is working great and I bought a nice cord of firewood. I still have to buy more, but it is a start. The radiant heat from the stones last a long time. I added a 10 x 10 addition on the front of the tipi for Earl and for some storage space for wood. When Earl moves in all the stuff in his stall, will be gone! I have been using the space for work materials. The temporary shelter we put up this summer is being taken down. I love my tipi and it feels like home!
