It rolls up easy and stays together when rolled up, thus it can be taken down and put back up again in a minute or two. The fishy odor is almost unbearable, you could smell the TeepPee from 20 feet away. Tried putting it in the dryer with fabric sheets and let it run for an hour or two, didn't help. Resorted to washing it in hot water with laundry detergent, then drying with fabric softener. The TeePee held up perfectly to being washed. Fishy Odor is no longer a problem. 6' high sounds tall however that measurement must be to the highest point of the sticks that extend out the top of the Teepee.
